Terms of Use

Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Who we are. The Pain Playbook ("the Program") is an online educational program created by Adam J. Hedaya MD. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms.

2. Educational purpose. The Program is educational only. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Our Medical Disclaimer is part of these terms.

3. Your account. Access is for you personally. Please do not share your login or redistribute the videos, book, or materials. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. License. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Program content for your own learning. All content, including videos, the book, worksheets, and design, remains the property of The Pain Playbook and may not be copied, resold, or republished.

5. Purchases and billing. Prices are shown at checkout. If you purchase a subscription, it renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period.

6. Refunds. If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, contact us at [email protected] and we will make it right.

7. No guarantees. Education can be powerful, but everyone's situation is different. We make no promises about individual health outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program and its creators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Program. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

9. Changes. We may update the Program and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page.
